Join us for our Second Annual Women Build Volunteer Day on May 18, 2019
Please join us on May 18 for Cayuga County Habitat for Humanity’s Second Annual Women Build Volunteer Day at our Standart Avenue project. Volunteers will help caulk, paint, landscape, and complete other projects to make this home move-in ready.
There will be two work sessions: 8:30 to Noon and Noon to 3 P.M. with an on-site lunch as well as fun competitions and door prizes donated by local women-owned businesses. All tools and safety equipment will be provided.
All experience levels are welcomed, no prior construction experience is needed, and experienced group leaders will help guide all work on-site. Although this event is geared towards women volunteers, all are welcome. Volunteers must be 18 years of age and sign an on-site waiver.
